This season
In the farm's own words: "Thank You for a wonderful 55th season of Pick Your Own Strawberries. We will see you back in the Apple Orchards… in a few months for Pick Your Own Apples." Apple picking typically runs mid-August to mid-October.

Patterson Fruit Farm has been farming Geauga County for seven generations and running pick-your-own strawberries since 1971. This year was the 55th strawberry season.
Two addresses, and picking happens at only one of them. The orchards and fields are at 8765 Mulberry Road, along with the Family Fun Fest. The farm market and bakery are three quarters of a mile away at 11414 Caves Road, open 9am to 6pm daily, year round.
For strawberries there is a dedicated line: the Strawberry Picking Hotline on 440-729-9809. In the farm's own words: "Field hours: Open at 8 AM on picking days... We often pick out early." Field hours run 8am to 2pm "unless we are picked out earlier".
Pro tip: this year's berries were, in the farm's words, "some of the earliest strawberries we've ever seen". Ring the hotline in the last week of May rather than waiting for June, because a three-week season that starts early can be half gone before the calendar says it began.
We list what we have confirmed. If something you need is not shown, it is worth calling the farm to check.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
