Fideler Farm at Kewaskum, forty minutes north of Milwaukee off Highway 45, is the cheapest picking in the region and the only farm here that puts a per-pound figure on its own front page.
Admission is free, the picking window is 9am to 3pm, and "Free picking boxes will be furnished!" Farm hours in season are 8am to 5pm daily. There is a picking hotline on 262 338 0494, and the farm asks you to use it: "Picking days/times vary depending on availability."
Visitors describe a tractor ride out to the field, a swing set for children, and an antique cash register in the barn alongside pastries, jams and canned goods.
Pro tip: $2.69 a pound with free entry and free boxes is less than half what several farms in this region charge once admission is counted. Two raspberry crops mean July and again from mid August to the first hard freeze.
We list what we have confirmed. If something you need is not shown, it is worth calling the farm to check.
