This season
A fourteen-acre year-round country fair in the Oak Glen apple belt, running for over sixty years. Its own site sells rides, food, shops and a petting zoo; whether apples are picked here rather than bought is not confirmed.

Oak Tree Mountain at Oak Glen is a fourteen-acre year-round country fair that started life as a small apple shed and has been drawing families for over sixty years.
Apples, possibly. The site calls itself "An Apple Season favorite" but describes rides, food and shops rather than fields, and picking is not confirmed.
A great deal, and much of it free: the Little Oaks Speedway trike track, a Bubble Barn, Axe Therapy, a Play Tree, the Inspiration Forest, live music at the Mountain Outpost and Eddie the Yeti selfies.
Paid: axe throwing, a fishing pond and "the Largest Slide in the USA".
Plus fresh-baked pies, hand-dipped caramel apples, a petting zoo, open-pit BBQ, local shops, educational tours and a wedding venue.
Less than 90 minutes from Los Angeles and Orange County, with cool summers and snowy winters at Oak Glen's elevation.
Pro tip: go for the mountain, the pies and the yeti. If picking apples off a tree is the point of the trip, Los Rios and Parrish are ten minutes away and do exactly that.
We list what we have confirmed. If something you need is not shown, it is worth calling the farm to check.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
