Mood's Farm Market at Mullica Hill lists twelve pick-your-own crops on its own front page, one after another, which no other farm in South Jersey does.
In the farm's own navigation, in order: sweet cherries, pie cherries, red raspberries, blueberries, sunflowers, plums, peaches, nectarines, blackberries, pears, grapes, apples and pumpkins.
At the time of checking, raspberries were the crop available for picking.
A market with apple cider and apple cider doughnuts, fresh vegetables and a pantry. Pumpkin hayrides and Grandma's Attic. A Blueberry Festival with a dessert contest, a car show, and an Apple Festival on Saturday 12 September, 10am to 4pm.
Market hours 8am to 6pm, picking hours 8am to 5pm. Closed Sunday.
On dogs, the farm is unambiguous: "due to government food safety regulations, dogs are not permitted inside the market or in our orchards", service dogs excepted.
Pro tip: an eight o'clock picking start on a South Jersey summer morning is the difference between a pleasant hour and a miserable one. This farm and Bear Berries are the two that open early enough to matter.
Not available here: Pet Friendly.
We list what we have confirmed. If something you need is not shown, it is worth calling the farm to check.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
PICKING hours from the farm, closed Sundays. The market itself runs an hour later, 8am to 6pm.
