A farm store with home-grown seasonal vegetables plus locally sourced farm-raised meats, cheeses, eggs, honey and baked goods. There is an optional membership in the form of a "Buy Down" digital Market Card, which is a discount scheme rather than a gate.
Good to Know
The farm was formerly B&B Farms, taken over in 2020 by Jen and Ryan LaMonaca after ten years working alongside Ryan's uncle, a former New Jersey Secretary of Agriculture. It is now in its seventeenth growing season.
The name is a nod to the killdeer that nests in the fields.
Pro tip: the membership card is a discount, not a requirement, and the farm says "Open to the Public" in the same breath. Do not let the word membership put you off the way a CSA-only farm should.
