About This Farm
Hellerick's Adventure Farm at Doylestown has been farmed for 232 years and makes a claim worth quoting: drive north from Philadelphia City Hall on Route 611 for about an hour and "Hellerick's Adventure Farm is the FIRST Farm you can visit. All the other farms have been developed!!!"
What You Can Pick
U-pick crops for all ages, plus Sunflower Days, strawberries and peas from Mother's Day, and pumpkins in the autumn.
What Else is Available
A great deal, and most of it ticketed: Barnyard Mini Golf at $12.99, an Aerial Adventure for ages 7 and up, a silo climbing wall, a farm obstacle course, goat yoga, The Goat Experience, a summer concert series every Friday, and Glow Golf nightly from 8pm.
Good to Know
Open daily 10am to 9:30pm from 6 June to 7 September, and weekends only from 28 March to 31 May. Last admission is 9pm.
Book before you go. Activities are sold individually with discounts for buying several on the same day, and the Fall Festival pre-sale runs until 7 September.
Pro tip: this is an activity farm that also picks, not an orchard with a play area. Price up the day before you arrive, because the picking is the cheapest thing on the list and everything around it is not.
