This season
In the farm's own words, updated 30 July 2026: "We're opening our U-Pick Flower Field Saturday, August 1st! From now until first frost, we'll be open for flower picking everyday 8am-8pm... It's just flowers for now. We'll likely open the farm store in the later half of August with early apples. Coming Soon: Pick-Your-Own Apples, and the corn maze (Labor Day Weekend)."

Fairhaven Farm at South Haven writes its own website like a person talking to you, right down to the dog.
Dogs are welcome, leashed and sociable. And in the farm's own words: "Our dog Doug will be off-leash during the weekend. He's very good with kids and other dogs, though he does bark a lot."
The farm is self-serve Monday to Friday. There is a self-checkout for cards, and: "If you are uncomfortable with tech, please bring your checkbook, or a variety of bills so you can make exact change."
Professional photography costs $20 a session, paid by leaving money in the barn through the self-serve slot.
Pro tip: fourteen hours a day, every day, until the frost is the longest picking window in this region by a wide margin. Go on a weekday evening when the farm is unstaffed and the field is yours.
We list what we have confirmed. If something you need is not shown, it is worth calling the farm to check.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
U-PICK FLOWER FIELD hours from the farm, every day from 1 August until the first frost. The farm store and apple picking keep different hours and open later in August.
