About This Farm
Mariani Orchards at Morgan Hill runs a Harvest Experience on the last of the Santa Clara Valley orchard land, and it picks the two fruits this valley was built on before the chips arrived: cherries and apricots.
What You Can Pick
- Sweet cherries - Bing, Black Republican, Brooks, Lapin, Rainier, Skeena and Tartarian
- Apricots - Blenheim and Golden Sweet
Good to Know
Closed for the 2026 season. The orchard's own notice reads "Please Join Us Again in 2027 Around May 15th", which is a more useful date than most farms give.
No price, no hours and no booking detail are published.
Pro tip: the Blenheim apricot is the reason to come, and mid-May is the reason to diary it. Blenheims are the old Santa Clara Valley variety, they are too soft to ship, and they are gone within about ten days of ripening.
