This season
The farm publishes no website of its own. Tabora Farm, a few doors away on the same road, directs strawberry pickers here and asks them to ring for the schedule.

Wildemore Farm at Chalfont is the farm that Tabora Farm sends its strawberry pickers to, a few doors along Upper Stump Road.
Strawberries and blueberries, and the directory adds currants, gooseberries, peaches, plums, cherries, blackberries and apples.
There is no website. Tabora's own site says of strawberries: "Call for picking schedule (Wildemore Farms)", which is the clearest instruction available.

Pro tip: currants and gooseberries are the interesting claim here. Both were effectively banned across much of the eastern United States for most of the twentieth century because they host white pine blister rust, and a farm still picking them is a small piece of horticultural history.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
