Indian Orchards Farm at Media opens every day of the year, holidays included, and charges the second-cheapest admission in this region.
In the farm's own words: "Now picking: Blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Yellow Squash, Zucchini, Eggplant, Peppers, Tomatoes, Herbs, Sunflowers, and Zinnias."
$3.50 per person daily, children under two free. What you pick is charged on top, by the pound or the pint.
Cash, cards, Venmo and Zelle all accepted, which is unusually flexible for a farm this size.
Open 10am to 6pm daily. Five minutes from Media and twenty-five from Philadelphia, at 29 Copes Lane.
Pro tip: $3.50 a head to walk into a working berry field twenty-five minutes from centre city is the best value in this region, and the every-single-day opening means you never have to plan around it.
We list what we have confirmed. If something you need is not shown, it is worth calling the farm to check.
Our own assessment, scored the same way for every farm on the site, from what each farm publishes about itself. Not a visit, and not a public review score.
From the farm, every day of the year including holidays.
