Kosinski Farms at Westfield answers the question directly on its own FAQ, which is more than most farms manage.
"Do you offer Pick your own? Yes, We offer PYO blueberries in July and August and PYO apples in September and October."

Open all year, Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 8am to 5pm, at 436 Russellville Road.
There is a CSA, with applications opening on 1 December for the following season, and field trips by arrangement.
Pro tip: the address to use is Russellville Road in Westfield. The county directory still lists this farm at 227 North West Street in Feeding Hills, which is a different farm entirely on the other side of the river.
