Fishkill Farms

A 270-acre eco-certified orchard over a century old, and one of the few large Hudson Valley farms that runs picking strictly by reservation, which keeps the rows from being overrun on an October Saturday. Strawberries open in June, cherries and berries follow in July, peaches and nectarines in late July and August, then more than a dozen apple varieties and pumpkins in fall. Most of the 2026 stone fruit was lost to an April frost.
