Good to Know

Cash with exact change is preferred, and cards are taken, but the farm asks you to bring cash as a backup in case the card system fails.

Bring a clean bucket or borrow one; bags are provided for taking the fruit home. Dress for the weather with long sleeves, sturdy shoes, a hat, repellent and sunglasses, and bring water, snacks and wet wipes.

No smoking, alcohol or intoxicants. Pets are not allowed in the crop area except service dogs, and must be leashed outside the growing area. Children must be supervised.

Pro tip: the bog is the reason to come and the reason for the long sleeves. It is a genuine wetland planting rather than a field of raised rows, which is why the berries are good and why the farm bothers to tell you about the repellent.
