A small orchard at Union with 2,400 dwarf trees across fifteen apple varieties, plus Asian pears. Picking runs a tight window, roughly September 6 to October 1, at $9 a peck, which is among the cheapest apple picking within reach of Chicago. No mazes, no carousel, just the orchard.
